I am proud to be a Filipino in Dubai, but when I went to the Philippine Consulate. I was disheartened by their condition and their attitude towards their guest. They are not hospitable at all and their place is swarming with flies. I beg the government to tidy the things up in the Consulate and enrol our representative there in a finishing school to correct their manners and office conduct.

It seems unlikely that any consulate in dubai is untidy. Of course attitude is different, but usually Filipino's are good at personal relations I guess.
