Add your contacts to autocomplete in Outlook
Did you recently buy a new computer and transferred all your emails but when you type a name into a new email the contact you want does not automatically show? It is called autocomplete in Outlook.
If you transferred all your contacts from the old computer successfully, you can easily restore your autocomplete list by creating a new email and adding all emails in your contact list in the to: field. You do not have to send the email. Just close it and open a new email and try typing one email address which is in your contacts.
Sometimes we mistype the email address and it shows in the autocomplete list. To delete the wrong email, just use the arrow key to go to the wrong email and press delete. In Outlook 2010, you can put your mouse over the wrong email, an X mark will appear after the wrong email. Just click X to delete the wrong email.
