Taste of Dubai 2023

Taste of Dubai is an annual food festival that takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a popular event that showcases the best of Dubai's food and drink scene, with top chefs and restaurants coming together to offer visitors a unique culinary experience. The festival was held last 3-5 February 2023 and it attracted more than 21,000 foodies, friends and families over the course of 3 days.

The festival is organized by Turret Media, a Dubai-based event management company, and has been running for over a decade. The festival attracts foodies from all over the world, who come to experience the diverse flavors of Dubai's cuisine.

Taste of Dubai 2023 brought together 15 of the UAE's best restaurants, selected from the Michelin Guide Dubai and visitors saw a range of culinary experiences, including live cooking demonstrations by some of Dubai's top chefs, interactive cooking classes, and food and drink tastings including Massimo Bottura, John Torode and Jason Atherton. There were a variety of food stalls serving up everything from traditional Emirati dishes to international cuisine.

One of the improvements of the festival was the re-imagined kids' zone, where youngsters were entertained for hours with games, mazes, 'edutainment' and Children Space, allowing mums and dads time to grab a drink and dish with friends.

Visitors also took part in interactive masterclasses and workshops like grilling at the first-ever Waterfront Market BBQ School, make pasta at the Philips Cook School or learned tips on food styling and photography.

For those who wanted to sample the best of Dubai's food scene, all 15 participating restaurants served delicious taster-sized portions of their specialties.

In addition to the food and drink offerings, Taste of Dubai 2023 also featured live entertainment, including music performances.  The Taste Artisan Village featured the very best of food, drink and lifestyle artisan producers, the perfect spot for retail-therapy.
