Ramadan Souqs in Dubai 2023
Aside from the famous Gold and Spice Souks and the more affluent Madinat Jumeirah Souq, the Dubai Municipality has organized a Ramadan Souq which opened last 5th of March and will remain open until March 15.
Admission to the market is free and the market is open from 10am to 8pm. It aims to promote and safeguard distinctive Emirati practices and customs during Ramadan.
So, if you're looking for something to do this weekend, the Ramadan Souq is a good place to start.
The Ramadan Souq is located in the Souq Al Kabeer neighborhood of Deira on Old Baladiya Street, also known as Old Municipality Street.
Souq Al Kabeer is one the most established open business sectors in Dubai and keeping in mind that you are visiting the Ramadan market, you can likewise investigate the greater souq region, which has many conventional shops selling gems, collectibles, fragrances, and flavors.
The Ramadan Souq highlights 20 kiosks in the mini-souq and approximately 15 kiosks on the Old Municipality Street.
There are also food trucks that serve traditional and local dishes. From 4 to 8 p.m., children's events and live entertainment are also held.
If your schedule will make you miss this event, do not fret, another one is coming organized by several private events companies. One will start on 18 March at the Grand Excelsior Hotel, Mankhool, Bur Dubai and they will be open from 11am to 11pm.
